2. Scope of Services

United Research Solution provides PhD guidance, research proposal assistance, thesis structuring, technical development, data analysis, manuscript drafting, and editorial review.

  • Our services are intended strictly for academic consulting, research guidance, and editing support.

  • Final academic submission decisions, defense presentations, and scholarly integrity remain the sole responsibility of the author.

3. Peer Review & Revision Management Policy

Our revision policy strictly follows the source ownership of the research paper:

  1. Client-Side Research Papers:

    • Minor Revisions & Comments: If the manuscript/paper originates from the client side, minor revisions, inline comments, structural feedback, and editorial polishing will be performed directly by United Research Solution.

    • Major Revisions: If the paper requires major structural changes, dataset additions, or core re-submissions, the necessary steps will be communicated to the client, and the client will carry out these revisions as they retain primary ownership of the manuscript text.

  2. United Research Solution Prepared Papers:

    • End-to-End Handling: If the research paper or manuscript has been authored and prepared directly by United Research Solution, our team will handle the entire process—including all minor and major revisions, peer-review responses, and required adjustments end-to-end.

4. Research, Development (R&D) & Prototyping Limitations

Due to the exploratory and iterative nature of scientific research, prototyping, data collection, and implementation, outcomes are subject to technical and theoretical limitations that may not be predictable at the outset:

  • Feasibility Adjustments: If a project cannot proceed or must be halted due to unforeseen technical limitations, non-viable datasets, or theoretical constraints, United Research Solution will notify the client immediately.

  • Project Continuation: We work transparently to propose alternative methodologies or modified research frameworks where feasible.

5. Third-Party Journal & University Variables

  • While we exert best efforts to assist with paper preparation and target journal alignment, final acceptance for any journal or university submission remains at the sole discretion of third-party editorial boards, peer reviewers, and university committees.

  • External factors such as extended review cycles, journal policy changes, or submission caps are beyond our direct control.

6. Client Obligations

  • Active Collaboration: Clients must provide clear objectives, relevant guidelines, contextual background, and timely feedback throughout the engagement.

  • Originality: Clients providing their own raw text or datasets must ensure that all material provided does not infringe on third-party copyrights or academic guidelines.
