At United Research Solution, our services involve dedicated, personalized editorial labor, time-intensive expert evaluation, technical prototyping, and custom research consulting. This policy outlines how refunds, cancellations, and prorated charges are handled.

1. General Refund Principles

  • Service-Based Labor: Because our offerings involve manual research consultation, technical execution, and customized editorial hours rather than automated digital downloads, fees for work already completed are non-refundable.

  • Milestone Execution: Projects are executed in agreed stages or milestones. Refunds are evaluated strictly based on uncompleted milestones and unspent project balances.

2. Research & Development (R&D) & Prototyping Refund Policy

Due to the exploratory and iterative nature of scientific research, prototyping, data collection, and implementation, outcomes are subject to technical and theoretical limitations that may not be predictable at the outset.

  • Project Discontinuation Due to Feasibility: If a project cannot proceed or must be halted due to unforeseen research/technical limitations or lack of viable data, the client will be notified immediately.

  • Refund Calculation: In such cases, a prorated service charge covering the actual work completed (including data collection, literature review, prototyping, or analytical hours logged) will be deducted. Any remaining balance of the unearned fee will be refunded to the client.

3. Journal Publication Services Refund Policy

While we exert best efforts to secure publication in suitable journals within target timelines, acceptance remains at the sole discretion of third-party editorial boards and publishers.

  • External Delays & Rejections: Factors beyond our control—such as sudden journal policy changes, unexpected closure of submissions due to high volume, or extended peer-review cycles—may impact publication timelines.

  • Efforts & Extensions: We establish a dedicated timeframe for each project to achieve publication. If external delays occur beyond this timeframe, we will provide updates and continue efforts to secure placement in appropriate alternative indexed journals.

  • Refunds for Publication Services: If publication cannot be achieved due to total journal unavailability or rejection across alternative target journals within an agreed fallback scope, charges for completed services (such as editing, formatting, and submission handling) will be retained, and the remaining unspent portion of the publication fee will be refunded.

4. Revision Windows & Quality Resolution

  • If a deliverable does not align with your initial written brief or instructions, you may request a revision within 7 to 14 business days of receiving the file.

  • Refunds for service quality will only be considered if reasonable revision attempts fail to address specific, objective deviations from the agreed project brief.

5. Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds will be processed via bank transfer or the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days of official approval.
